Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, if you're unhappy with your item or how it fits, there are several options:
1.) If within 7 days of purchasing, you may send the item in for an exchange.
2.) You can join our buy, sale, trade Facebook group Morganites and resell or trade to a fellow #morganmover
Please Note: For wholesale purchases we only offer exchanges and store credit for damaged inventory. Please notify us 7 days within receiving your product. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipment. Buying pre-packs and directly off our site are final sales and no exchanges will be allowed.
Fabric Care & Damages
We take pride in our clothing and take the time to inspect the craftsmanship thoroughly throughout the manufacturing process. After the garments are made, we machine wash and dry everything using an eco friendly detergent. This ensures your garment is safe, clean, and will last a lifetime.
Although we inspect each piece very carefully, there can always be the off-chance of an overlooked damage. Damages include any unintentional rips, tears or, discoloration. While cannot be responsible for damages during shipment, we do take full ownership of something that we may have overlooked.
If your piece is damaged, please send a picture to email@example.com upon receiving the item, and we will be happy to resolve this issue.
We use the USPS to ship our products domestically (unless another way is requested). Shipments go out every Wednesday and Saturday. All wholesale orders will be required to pay for insured shipping.
