The materials we use have already lived a life before finding their way to us—and we think that’s what makes them special. Through cutting, sewing, patchworking, hand-dyeing, and a little Morgan Factory magic, we transform forgotten textiles into one-of-a-kind pieces ready for their next chapter.
Because we work with reclaimed and vintage materials, you may occasionally notice fading, small stains, distressing, tiny holes, or other signs of a fabric’s previous life. These characteristics are not considered defects. They’re part of the history of the textile, and we hope you’ll embrace the perfectly imperfect beauty right along with us.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each Morgan Factory piece is handmade, upcycled, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for refunds.
We still want you to love what you ordered! If your item isn’t quite right, you have a couple of options:
Exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind.
Resell or Trade: Join our Morganites Buy, Sell & Trade Facebook Group to sell or trade your piece with another Morganite.
Please check measurements carefully before purchasing. Our garment measurements are provided pit to pit to help you find your best fit.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchases are final sale. We offer store credit or exchanges only for qualifying damaged inventory. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wholesale order and include photos of the damage.
Pre-packs and wholesale items purchased directly from our website are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, except in the case of an approved damage claim.
Fabric Care & Handmade Details
We take a lot of pride in every piece that leaves The Morgan Factory. Each garment is carefully inspected throughout our upcycling and production process.
Before shipping, our garments are machine washed and dried using an eco-friendly detergent, so your piece arrives fresh, clean, and ready to wear.
Because we work with vintage, reclaimed, and upcycled materials, minor variations, fading, distressing, or signs of a fabric’s previous life may be part of the character of the garment and are not considered defects.
If we accidentally overlook genuine damage—such as an unintended rip, tear, or significant discoloration—please email a photo to info@themorganfactory.com as soon as you receive your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS unless another shipping method is arranged.
Please allow a few business days for us to prepare and ship your order. We’re a small handmade business, not Amazon—and real humans are behind every package. ♡
Wholesale orders are required to ship with insurance.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping delays and damage that occur in transit are outside of our direct control. If there is a shipping issue, please contact us and we’ll provide any information we can to help with your carrier claim.
